  • We’re expanding! After four years of steady growth, we’re preparing to double our team to meet client demand. We're looking for self-motivated, detail-oriented virtual assistants with great communication and organization skills.

    Whether you specialize in admin tasks, digital organization, web design, social media, or anything else from our list of services (yes, we’ve got a big one!), we want to hear from you.

    Our clients are just as diverse as our team—think architecture firms, princess parties, coaches, and ecommerce brands. No two days are the same, and we love that.

  • Position: Virtual Assistant
    Type: Remote | 1099 Contractor
    Pay: $24/hour (after internship)
    Hours: Flexible

  • We take hiring seriously (we had over 800 applicants last round!). Here’s how we narrow it down to the right people:

    1. Application – Take your time, answer every question thoughtfully, and double-check for typos. We do read every single one.

    2. Interview – You’ll meet with Rayla (our CEO) and Monica (her right hand). We want to know the real you, not just your résumé.

    3. Skills Assessment – Think of it as a guided snapshot of your skills—no trick questions or surprise tests.

    4. 4-Week Paid Internship – $15/hour. You’ll take on internal projects (no client stress!) and learn our systems, tools, and style.

    5. Offer – If it’s a match, we offer a permanent spot on the team at $24/hour and place you at the top of the list for new client assignments.

    In the application, there’s a field labeled “Secret Handshake.” If you’ve read this far, that’s your cue to drop your favorite food in ALL CAPS right there. It’s our way of knowing you paid attention and care about the details—we love that. It also helps us fast-track your application.
